Spent a relaxing w/e at the van in Knott End. We managed one day without rain so made the most of it and went for a long walk. We ended up on the beach (yes folks the beach!) walking towards Blackpool.
Couldn't find any valuables on this wreck! If you look in the background you may be able to see Blackpool Tower.

The sky was lovely but unfortunately only had my compact camera with me so these shots don't really do it justice.

was a little worried you had some black spots on your lens, but f this was compact camera I shall worry no more. See you in Piazzale Roma on Saturday.. and HAPPY BIRYHDAY tomorrow

Yes I noticed that but have checked the camera since I came home and there is no mark on the lens now - all I can think of is that it must have been a blob of rain. Don't think it was sand there was none there!!
