Moving house!

Aha - I see breakfast has been delivered!

Still looking for a name for this one but I think it's very sweet.

Back at the ranch!

Meanwhile back at the ranch, away from all the feathered friends, these photos prove that the long running saga of the kitchen is almost over! Well I say 'almost' it could be another 6 months yet I suppose if my track record is anything to go by.

Please don't worry about the bottle of meths on the shelf - I have drunk it now!!

The "eyes" have it!!

And last but not least - one without feathers!!

Sun Sets

This was the view from Shard Bridge one evening as we were driving home from Cleveleys.

I was driving back from Cumbria one evening when I saw this sky and just had to stop to take these photos, I think I was in Bowderdale at the time.

More Sun Sets!

These views were taken from the top of Parbold Hill.

These were taken from the golf course at the back of Sarah's house,
looking towards Standish Church.

Although some of these photos are cropped none of the colours are enhanced in any way. I think perhaps the Standish views may look better with a little alteration however I would prefer to go back and try my hand again one evening.

Birds in flight

These 'birds in flight' surely have to be for you Anya!!

The hand that feeds.

This group I must dedicate to hand that feeds!! As far as the swan is concerned the hand belongs to one very brave person, you certainly wouldn't catch me doing this!

Couples?

Sleeping partners.

Courting (couples?)

This is my photo supposedly of 3 ducks on a log - but as you will see I wasn't quite as quick as Sarah!! But actually if you look carefully I have got 3 ducks on a log - just not quite the right 3.

Oh how I wish that when I have an itchy back I could even get my hand round there to scratch never mind my false teeth! This chap can do it though and all on one leg.

This one is as much for Sarah as for me as we both detest spiders of any shape and size!

Anya has forced me to put my robin on here. All I can say in my defence is that it has not been altered in any way except for the obvious cropping!

Guess where we went today!?

Lewis came with us and I believe he enjoyed it. He fed some of the geese but I think his favourites were the flamingoes, he couldn't believe how near he could get to them.

and of course my favourite has to be on here again!

Have you ever heard of 'you scratch my back and I will scratch yours'?
I rest my case!!
