The moorhens do seem to work hard to make their nests, they rummage around will attempt to carry anything they think will be suitable even if it is twice their size.
These moorhens were one step ahead they had already laid the eggs.
I think this crowned crane was still sulking from Anya's visit he would have nothing at all
to do with me today!
Just messing about on the river!!
