A few weeks ago Sarah and Poppy took me to Ainsdale beach. I was feeling thoroughly miserable and hadn't been able to get out much. Although cold it was a lovely sunny day and I really enjoyed it - thanks Sarah.
Here have the frisbee I'm off!!
Too cold for me but Sarah and Poppy even went for a paddle.
Then I had a rest whilst the children played hide and seek in the sand dunes!
